Enpass 5.0.3 for MAC & Windows welcomes Opera extension to the club and more.

Hello Enpassians! After the release of Enpass 5 for desktops, there were lot of things stacked up here. On one side, we were constantly pitched on our social channels to add new features like Opera extensions and on the other hand we were fidgeting to support Browser extensions on MAC App store version. Now with the release of Enpass 5.0.3 for desktops, we have offloaded some of the piled work and have moved on. Here is whats new for you.

Support for Opera Extension

Extension support for Opera browser was one of the long awaited feature and now have been added to both Windows and MAC versions and soon will be rolled out for Linux. The process of getting and setting Opera extension is same and as simple as explained here in user manual.

MAC App Store version now supports Browser Extension. Yosemite and El Capitan only!

Due to some problem in getting the extensions working with MAC App Store version, we have to get it downloaded from our website and some of you don’t really liked it. Luckily, Apple updated their API in Yosemite last year, using which we are able to support Browser Extensions in Enpass downloaded from MAC App store. But that is only for Yosemite (10.10) and El Capitan users (10.11), and users of Mavericks(10.9) , Mountain Lion (10.8) & Lion (10.7.5) have to download it from our Website only.

Other goodies

Along with some known issue fixing in sync through WebDAV and OneDrive, we have added import from some other known password managers, supporting total these 23 password managers.
