Some of our users are facing this issue and we are really sorry for this. The quick solution for this is to locate and restore your Enpass v5 data manually.
For Desktop app
Please quit Enpass app and go to Enpass data folder in your system.
Take a copy of walletx.db or walletx.db.backup file as this is your main database. Now rename/delete Enpass folder and start Enpass again. Choose restore from backup file option and pick previously taken copy of walletx.db.
For Mac/Windows/Linux non store versions, it is usually stored in Documents/Enpass
For Mac store version, it is You home folder ▸ Library ▸ Containers ▸ in.sinew.Enpass-Desktop ▸ Data ▸ Library ▸ Enpass
For Windows Store version, it is C:\Users\<your-username>\AppData\Local\Packages\SinewSoftwareSystems.EnpassPasswordManager_fwdy0m65qb6h2\LocalState\Enpass
